Just left Big O Tires on Power Road and had a fantastic experience. Chris took great care of our family and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Great customer service, honest communication, and everything was handled the right way. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care anymore and Chris absolutely delivered. The team is professional, honest, and consistently willing to work with my needs and circumstances. I specifically continue to work with Liam, who I originally met at another location and intentionally followed when he moved stores. His honesty, communication, and genuine willingness to take care of his customers are rare to find. Now that he’s the manager at this location, it’s clear why — he truly goes above and beyond. I’m very grateful to have found a shop I trust and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.
