Wow wow wow! I never knew car maintenance could be so easy. I went in needing to repair my flat tire and was greeted by the kindest staff. They go above and beyond to make their customers comfortable. Not just me- because while I waited for my car to be ready, I overheard how they treated every customer with kindness. The whole process was very quick. In the meantime, they had me waiting in the cutest little area with snacks and refreshments. I felt very cared for. I overall enjoyed the experience and appreciate how easy everything was!

LJ has assisted in servicing my car for years and is always superb! Every single time I have an appointment, he gets to me right away and gives me updates throughout the entire process. He consistently communicates to the staff in the bays working on my vehicle and stays honest with me on what needs to be done and what can wait. Even when I come in on a busy day, he still maintains composure and delivers the best service! Today, my boyfriend and I both needed work done on our vehicles. It was a busy Saturday, and LJ and the entire crew worked hard to get customers in and out as efficiently as possible. My boyfriend was impressed by the cleanliness of the space and how welcoming everyone was. You can tell how hard they work in there, and that truly shows how much they care to provide the best service and take care of you. I highly recommend coming here! LJ is awesome!!

I had a blowout on my way home from work so I had my car towed to this Big O Location. Wow! What an amazing experience. LJ greeted me right away and made me feel totally comfortable. They got my vehicle in the bay extremely quickly and got the tire mounted promptly. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Huge kudos to LJ and crew!

LJ was helpful, however had to go back three times. There needs to be clear communication on oil change times, work needs to be actually completed and correct… just because the price is lower does not mean the service needs to be. Titus tried to tell me that if I go back to review services rendered, they’d have to charge me again for another oil change- ODD.. wild experience nonetheless. Would not recommend.

I would like to talk to the owner at this point. With the most recent visit, while I am thankful that they got my oil changed on that day when I dropped it off earlier in the day, I was called 15 minutes before closing, and that is not really enough time to get over to the facility and I also wasn’t near my phone to hear it ring. Thankfully, I called eight minutes after closing and somebody was still there. I noticed on the paperwork left in my car, they did the inspection check, which is what I wanted, and what I always get with the oil change as it is part of the advertisement. However, there was no inspection report. I utilize the email that is on the website for this location and I received zero response from anybody. When I called today, they asked what I was looking to have inspected. I said no I’m asking for the report of the oil change multi point inspection that is always done and it was noted on the invoice that it was completed, but I don’t have the report. He went and checked and he saw no paperwork for this. I said OK, so it’s marked that somebody did it but there’s no documentation correct? He said yes. He said they could do another inspection and I just decided to courteously end the call at that point and say thank you. This location also caused a very substantial issue the last time I had an oil check resulting in my car overheating on the highway, which was extremely concerning. And I ended up writing to somebody about that as their failure to put the oil cap back on (after the oil change) Was the cause of the overheating and smoke that was coming from my hood. This was an extremely terrifying situation as I was traveling for work. Safe to say, I will not be going back to this location and I really hope that the owner and the franchise management can look into this and improve the experience overall and prevent avoidable engine issues for basic action items that should be complete completed for oil changes.
