Stopped in to Big O Tires On North power last Friday. Needed a new set of tires for my 2021 Tesla. They have the exact tires in stock and got me in right away. They also did an alignment and within two hours. I was on my way. Car drives like a dream again! Highly Recommend this store always a great experience. Good service quality work.!

We went to Big O for an oil change. We had made an appointment a few days prior. When we got there they immediately checked us in an took the keys to pull the car inside. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. It didn't seem to take long for the service. They didn't try to upsell us on any extra items. Over all a great experience. I would recommend this location to others. And will most certainly be back myself.

My experience at this shop today was terrible and wont be coming back. I made a appointment and went in for a basic oil change and transmission fluid drain and refill, I was quoted $350. Now, I understand that upselling is part of the job but there is absolutely NO REASON to be completely dishonest about it. After waiting for 3 hours the salesman finally tells me that my coolant and brake fluid are empty but they "aren't allowed" to top them off so I need to have both systems flushed for another $450. Ridiculous. I'm sure you'd love to get $800 to fill up my fluids but its not happening. I declined the flushes and picked up some fluids myself on the way home to top them off. Well, when I popped the caps both systems were completely full and just fine, not even remotely "empty". The coolant wasn't even discolored. I'm livid, I don't come to Big O to be treated like a idiot and lied to. Now I'm questioning everything and will be going through it to double check everything next weekend on my own because I don't trust that they actually did all the work I paid for. Avoid this place, you can't trust anything they say. The service tec even tried to tell my my transmission doesn't have a filter, which just shows me how incompetent they really are.
