I needed new rires and was offered a very good price for the quality. The manager of the location went far and beyond with overview and checking my vichle overall performance, what wasn't part of the service I came to shop for. Big thanks, will come back again. Many locations in Gilbert have a great service.
View on GoogleRepaired a nail in tire in 1 hour on a walk-in (no appt). Took the car on a 400 mile trip the next day and it's functioning perfect. John the manager was wonderful and I'll be back there if I ever have tire needs again. Thanks y'all!! Edit: I had a not very pleasant experience 3 years ago so I was hesitant to go back when I had the nail issue. John needs a raise. He took the time to talk with me like a valued customer. He also reprinted (without my request) my old receipt from when I bought the tires 3 years ago. As a female, I appreciated him taking the time to do that for me and I can trust him going forward. 😉
View on GoogleMy experience was excellent! The manager, Jerome, is a top notch professional with above average customer service skills. His team is very experienced and knowledgeable. Waiting lobby was outstanding with wi-fi, cable TV and delicious complementary coffee. I got home and told my girlfriend, for the 1st time in my life, I actually enjoyed taking my car into 'the mechanic'...go figure.
