I’m generally skeptical of larger chains, and have usually opted for smaller mechanic shops to service my vehicle. However, this location was extremely convenient, their staff was very helpful, competent, and informative. I also felt the cost was very reasonable as well as the turnaround time for service on my vehicle.

View on GoogleBrought in a tire for a tire repair and it had a no household experience. They fixed the tire for free. There was no need to pay however I was given the chance to make a charity donation which they matched. Thought that was a very cool approach for them to take. This will be my first choice for having maintenance work performed on my truck.
View on GoogleI contacted the store and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zach. We spoke about some issues I was experiencing with my vehicle and he had me bring my vehicle to the store. This is when I found out Zach is the store manager. Zach helped me through the entire process and it is very nice to see someone leading from front lines. Big O is very lucky to have a manager like Zach great example of professionalism and Big O will forever have my business because of Zach.
View on GoogleZach and his team were amazing. Typically when you go to get new tires the team is unfriendly and pressure you to upgrade all services. Zach and his team understood my needs and did walk through options however I never felt pressured. He made me feel comfortable in the decisions I made and you could tell that his team cared about taking care of the individual and making sure the experience was amazing. It felt so refreshing to get GREAT customer service at a place that you need however they truly care about your experience not just getting a sale. I will be back!
