Big Brand Tire has helped me out several times over the years, and I’ve always appreciated how honest, helpful, and easy to work with they are. Recently, I lost two tires while out in the desert, and they were incredibly swift to accommodate me and provide the support I needed. They treat you like a human, not just another transaction, and they’re always willing to explain what’s going on and help you understand your options. I really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been taking my car here for several years. It used to be Red Mountain and I was happy to see the same people when I went in after they had a presumed change in ownership. Have always had good experiences here and appreciate their service and communication. I’ve had auto work and oil changes done there with no issues. And more reasonably priced than other places.
