Big Brand Tire has helped me out several times over the years, and I’ve always appreciated how honest, helpful, and easy to work with they are. Recently, I lost two tires while out in the desert, and they were incredibly swift to accommodate me and provide the support I needed. They treat you like a human, not just another transaction, and they’re always willing to explain what’s going on and help you understand your options. I really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them!

Jody was phenomenal in assisting with everything I needed to get done on my truck. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The technician Alberto did a great job! Highly recommend Big Brand tire & auto in Mesa off Recker & McKellips. They are fast, friendly, thorough and will not overcharge or talk you into getting unnecessary work done. Anyone looking for great mechanic/shop go see Jody! Thanks guys for the top notch service!!

I’ve been taking my car here for several years. It used to be Red Mountain and I was happy to see the same people when I went in after they had a presumed change in ownership. Have always had good experiences here and appreciate their service and communication. I’ve had auto work and oil changes done there with no issues. And more reasonably priced than other places.

They saved our trip! After getting the run-around from a dealer, we called a friend that used Big Brand/Red Mountain for twenty years. Jody and crew got us in within two hours and had us on our way two hours later at a very reasonable price. Our friend was right; they were great to work with, communicated at every step and got the job done. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

Big brand has serviced both of our vehicles for almost 3 years. They do great work and can be trusted. My adult children use their services as well. They are trustworthy and have a great team! High recommendation from me!
