I was experiencing issues with the suspension of my 2012 535i. The pros at AZ Bimmer Werks were able to diagnose the problems and perform the necessary repairs. If you own a BMW you know maintenance isn’t cheap, these are ultimate driving machines. My car now drives like it’s brand new and I’m happy with the repairs and the pricing was fair. This car is ready for the next 125K miles. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleI had an outstanding issue with misfiring etc. exhausted what I thought I could do to my capacity but at the end of the day I had to leave it to the Pros. AZ Beamer works was referred to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. James was very clear about their process. I had to make an appointment and wait my turn. Shortly They had a diagnosis and a plan. I pulled the trigger and the car was finished on time on schedule and price accordingly as explained. . This was a great experience and I will always take my Beamer back to AZ Bimmer works for all my BMW needs.

View on GoogleI gave a 5 star because I went from having the worst experience at autohaus of north Scottsdale with horrible communication, keeping my car for weeks and weeks, not getting callbacks when promised, and them breaking stuff. Bimmer works was an excellent experience! James is a good dude and knowledgeable. They got me in in a matter of just a few days and they finished a valve cover replacement same day. The price was competitive although as we all know anything with bmw is expensive. I had such a great experience that I was going to go ahead and get my brake pads and sensors changed at the same time but since I can do those so easily and quickly myself I couldn’t justify paying for those since it was pricey compared to the $40 for pads and $34 for sensors I got online. But I understand they are a business that have employees to pay and to make profit so it is what it is on that. I do look forward to continuing to use this shop for those repairs that I don’t want to or can’t tackle myself with my two BMW’s. Thanks for the great experience James!
View on GoogleBMW has a problem with the plastic mounts that keep the emergency brake cable in place, this is the second car I’ve had the retainer clip break, allowing the cable to rub on the drive line. The BMW dealership wants nearly $1000 to replace because the gas tank needs to be lowered to do so. I did some online research and found a two piece aluminum replacement that does not require the tank to be dropped. I called AZ Bimmer who said they were aware of them but had not replaced one yet with the aluminum two piece, but said they would. Long story short, even with the extra cost for the part, I still saved a couple hundred dollars and got an aluminum part instead of plastic. I’m expecting to never have to replace the part again, thanks to AZ Bimmer. Highly recommend this shop.
