My insurance dispatched Apache Sands to come save me when my tire blew. My location was complicated but when I called them to give my exact location, they were easy to get ahold of and were more than happy to accommodate. Anthony was quick and efficient and super nice!! When we got to the shop, the shop manager was impressed with how Anthony delivered the car and got it set up for them. Anthony handled all the paperwork and really just made my inconvenient situation much less horrible. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the claim, so I really didn't have to worry about anything (expect paying for new tires).

Took our pickup to them. It lost its transmission fluid. The guy that came with the tow truck was very friendly and knowledgeable. They identified the problem in a timely fashion. Two line were broke so they replaced them, upon further inspection the 3rd line was weak so they replaced when replacing they poked a hole in transmission cooler and immediately took responsibility and replaced free of charge!! Hats off to this business for being honest!! Will do business with them again! Everyone friendly and professional! Keep up the good work!

They have been good to us! It's a bit pricey but it's worth it for cerfied mechanic work and you can leave with peace of mind knowing your vehicle is fixed properly. The staff and mechanics are friendly and sociable, I would recommend them to friends and family. They helped me with my intior lights this morning and I'm supremely grateful for them being so friendly and informative

Our jeep broke down coming into town for a weekend baseball tournament. The team prioritized getting our vehicle checked out so we could get everything taken care of while still scheduled to be in AZ. Crystal was kind and patient with my frequent check-ins. Kenny diagnosed the problem with confidence. They worked with my warranty to get the claim paid and work completed the same day. We went from being towed to back in action by 3pm after they replaced my fuel pump. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Was there to deal with a car that belonged to family who moved out of state. Tim was great! Very friendly and helpful during the entire process. Was blown away when they tried to make me pay $400 to surrender the title to the vehicle. I guess getting the car was not enough money for them. The woman at the desk stated that "some cars are only worth $200 we have to recoup losses for storage." Well some cars are worth 20k so I suppose it comes out in the wash but not in their eyes. Given the fact that they have been granted a percentage of the abandoned vehicle fees by the state as a towing company for that exact reason asking for additional money isn't legal. Then again neither is putting a tow lien on an accident vehicle but that isn't stopping them either. Honestly it's obvious why literally nobody trusts towing companies with ones like this one out there doing shady business.
