When faced with a significant repair for my Acura RDX, I turned to ChatGtp (AI) for recommendations on reputable auto repair shops in the Mesa area, given my limited knowledge of the area. ChatGTP (AI) provided a list of 4-5 highly rated establishments in the Mesa area, which I visited to obtain quotes. Although all the shops I visited demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, I ultimately selected Accurate Automotive for the replacement of my timing belt and water pump. Following a thorough evaluation of four auto repair shops, I determined that Accurate Automotive possessed a unique blend of expertise, customer service, and reliability that set them apart. It also didn’t make my final decision difficult that their online reviews are rated 5 stars for being in the business sibling! Their complimentary shuttle service was also a significant factor in my decision, as it alleviated any potential transportation issues for me. I live 10 miles away from the shop so this was so convenient as I had to leave my car at the shop. I was impressed by the owner, Lee, his wife Kelli, and the front office staff, who all demonstrated a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service. Danielle, the shuttle driver, also provided excellent service and was very courteous and timely. I highly recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone seeking a trustworthy and competent auto repair shop. With 32 years of experience and a proven track record of customer satisfaction, they are an excellent choice for any vehicle owner. I will undoubtedly utilize their services again in the future.….

Don't even read the rest just call them and schedule. This company is very easy to work with. They manage their time and energy wisely inturn makes the daunting impact of getting your vehicle repaired a lot easier to deal with. Which is rare in the automotive industry, very very rare. Automotive work takes a considerable amount of time but, ACCURATE AUTOMOTIVE has so many years of experience you can rest assured that your investment of time and money is spent wisely. They deserve your business and you deserve honesty and integrity.

Took my vehicle in for a check on the clutch. I dropped the car off and let them check it out. I was sure it was the master cylinder as I had it replaced in January so already knew the way it felt as it was failing till it was unable to work. They called me with a $2000+ repair saying my clutch needed to be replaced. I had it towed down the street to a Honda specialist and $500 and 6hrs later my car was back on the road. Make sure you get a second opinion when getting work done.. not so accurate auto is what I experienced.

After calling a couple of Dodge/Chrysler stores where I couldn't get an appoint until far into the future (I understand busy) but also being told I would have to leave the vehicle for days on end after an appointment was made, I started searching for a qualified independent repair facility. Fortunately I stumbled on to Accurate Automotive in Mesa. After describing the issues with the car, they promptly made an appointment for our Durango for the next morning. I didn't expect an appointment so quickly, which left me no way to manage the drop off. Lee told me they had a courtesy drop off service to our home/work which solved my problem. Went to the appointment, everyone was on task and very friendly. Danielle got me to my next destination and I waited for the call. They were quickly able to diagnose and repair the vehicle, received a call when it was done. Picked it up the same day and the estimate was spot on. It was very nice to work with people who are so responsive and performed the way they said they would. I highly recommend these folks if your having vehicle issues.
