I recently brought my vehicle into AAA Auto Repair Center for scheduled service, and I can honestly say it was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted quickly and professionally. My service advisor, James, was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain the process, what to expect, and answered every question thoroughly. The communication throughout the entire visit was exceptional. What really stood out was how transparent and professional their process was. I received a link directly to my phone with detailed photos showing the condition of my vehicle, including what was in great shape and any items that may need attention down the road. It made everything easy to understand and gave me a lot of confidence in their inspection and recommendations. James also kept me updated during the service, which I greatly appreciated. That level of communication and professionalism goes a long way. The entire experience was smooth, honest, efficient, and extremely customer focused. It is clear this team takes pride in what they do and values their customers. Five stars without hesitation. Jason and Allen were great. They took care of my Rav4 with care and attention. It was was just an oil change for now but they left me with the information of what would be needed next for my rav4. I do enjoy visiting a shop that will really take of its customers. I will gladly becoming back for the future. Thanks again guys.

I brought my vehicle to this AAA location for a scheduled oil change after it began leaking oil and smoking on the way to the appointment. Upon arrival, I was told the engine required four quarts of oil just to start. I made it clear that we wanted whatever needed to be done to fix the issue properly. The shop replaced a damaged drain plug and completed the oil change, and we were told the vehicle was safe to drive. The service record documents the oil loss but includes no warnings or limitations. The only recommendation provided was to have the engine and undercarriage professionally power washed due to oil being present throughout the engine bay, which we did immediately at the recommended service provider. Within six days, the engine failed catastrophically due to a blown head gasket and overheating. The vehicle is now at another facility approximately three hours away, with repair estimates between $10,000–$15,000. We have been long-time AAA customers and had approximately $5,000 of work completed with AAA in the six months prior to this visit, which is why we trusted the assessment provided. We have attempted to work directly with the shop manager to resolve this, but have been told the issue is being attributed to prior service. Given the condition of the vehicle at intake and the amount of oil required just to start it, I remain concerned the situation was not fully assessed or that the vehicle should not have been cleared as safe to operate. We relied on that assessment, followed all recommendations, and the outcome has been significant.

We canceled our AAA membership after 24 years. We brought in our vehicle for repairs and it was misdiagnosed by the mechanics so we ended up paying for mechanical work that was unnecessary and didn't resolve the issue. After bringing the vehicle back to them, they misdiagnosed it again, but the quote was so high we didn't have the work done. No refunds offered for the unnecessary work.

Took my car in because the clutch failed coasting on the freeway. They wanted to charge me $4200 for the repair and mentioned other things like that the ac didn't work. The AC worked fine when the tow truck was coming to pick me up. And that is double the price for a clutch repair for a honda civic si. Then when I said I wanted to move to a different repair shop they said I needed to pay 150 for the diagnosis and to release the vehicle. I haven't had a shop ever charge me for that. It really just seems like they are trying to get whatever they can out of you at least at this repair shop.
