I was in a mess. A long way from home and the truck had lost all power. Stopped in and spoke with AJ. He got me in the next morning. AJ told me some bad news. A simple fix but if it goes wrong (rust issues) it will be a nightmare. We decided to let it sit for the night. AJ was on it the next day and sourced a solution. One we didn’t know existed. Truck fixed. AJ saved me a lot of time and money. His attention to detail and communication were excellent. Go see him. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic? Not any more.

Great guys, fair price and thorough. I have a leak in my AC system that I could not find. So I took it to AJ McKay because it was right around the corner and had decent reviews. They were able to find a very small leak, and recharge the system. It works perfect. I also had them do a tune-up on my 2007 F-150 because those spark plugs are difficult to deal with, they were able to get the job done in a couple of days and my truck runs great and has cold AC.

I went to McKay’s for a second opinion on a front end problem, after being quoted $1700 for the repair. They quickly determined that it was a minor issue and fixed it at no charge. AJ was very friendly, respectful and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this garage in Mesa!
