I took 24 year old my car to Wilhelm to have work done after reviewing several different auto mechanics reviews and Wilhelm had the best reviews. I initially spoke with Julietta, and explained that I had a couple different issues going on, vibration when stopped at lights, and my ABS/CSV lights kept going on and off preventing me from shifting out of park. She was very kind and professional and was more than happy to have it looked at. I also had several of my fluids replaced and an oil change at the same time. Turns out I needed new motor mounts for the vibration issue (Was not a surprise to me as they were original). For the lights, they said it just needed a "reset" and it should be resolved. I had already had the break light switch replaced previously at Sun Devil. Well, the reset did not fix the issue so I ended up taking my car back in 3 weeks later. Wilhelm (Michael, who remembered me) took really great care of me and wanted to make sure I was not going to spend unnecessary money just replacing parts and said, lets start with the break light switch (warrantied), maybe it was bad, and see if that resolves the issue. Then we can go from there. Mind you, I do not drive my car very much, literally less than 50-75 miles a month. So when Michael called me about 2 weeks later to see if I was still having any issues, it made me feel like they really do care about their customers. Unfortunately I had not even driven my car since picking it up, so could not give him an answer. However, he said to please keep him informed (which I will) if I have any more issues. I appreciate their honesty and really making me feel like I made a great decision in bringing my car to them. Thank you both Julietta and Michael for your great customer service and honesty!!

Came in for an alignment today 10/11/2025. I was greeted by the service advisor. He was very nice and they looked at my car very quickly for a Saturday. I was expecting some worn suspension parts due to the tires being badly worn. To my surprise the suspension parts were fine. They could have taken advantage of me and I wouldn’t have even questioned it but instead they were honest. Due to the honesty and forthcoming, I would definitely recommend this place for honest work. (It’s very hard to find a honest mechanic today) I will be a return customer based off of my experience today. Thank you for your transparency and honesty!
