Be wary, just as you should with most shops. The office staff were professional and the office was clean and cared for. That’s why the two stars. In the past we’ve never had issues taking our Ram there for work. However, we took a 2010 gmc Acadia in knowing that it needed some work on the ac. It was recommended to us by the tech to replace pretty much the entire ac system. The pressure readings he told us he got are highly improbable readings, he was unable to give us a reason as to why so much needed replacement, and he made it clear that he had no clue what the actual problem was and quoted us around $3k. Both my husband and I work on cars and are very knowledgeable and my husband is currently an hvac tech. We felt uncomfortable with the whole situation, especially when we were looking to pay someone else to do the work because we simply don’t have the time. We took the car to another shop in the area that we are well acquainted with… diagnosis: refrigerant line needed replaced due to being cracked and leaking. I’m not sure if we will use Sun Devil again after this experience even though they have treated us well in the past.

Amazing service from start to finish. They were quick, professional, and the whole team had such a positive, welcoming vibe. They explained exactly what was wrong with my vehicle without trying to pressure me into fixing everything on the spot like a lot of other mechanics do. I even brought my daughter with me, and they made us both feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time.
