OMG!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two people; they showed the utmost respect and they were so friendly. I felt immediately at ease. They will show you specifically what you need repaired, whether it’s a necessity or if you have a little time before you decide to get it done. There’s no hassle, there’s no upsell, there’s no feeling like you’re getting ripped off. If you need great car repair services, please go to Sun Devil Auto. Super professional, very courteous: And they will give you a discount if there’s a sale on that specific service. My service guy was Dave, and he is freaking amazing!!!!

I typically take my car to the Honda Auto shop, so this was my first time being there and they were super patient, knowledgeable and caring. I had made a prior appointment which I recommend everyone to do. I waited inside, .and I noticed how they treated other clients. They treated each one with patience and respect. I wish I would have taken the employees name down but this Bell 1218 location was amazing and I’ll definitely be going back! I definitely recommend this place!!

Received excellent service from booking my appointment over the phone to completion of service. The staff is wonderful, the wait room is comfortable and nearby many places if you want to step out for a bit. They are very thorough and check everything and give a full report before you go to make sure you are aware, even if just coming for an oil change. I got an oil change and my SUV is so much smoother now 🤩

I brought my SUV to Sun Devil Auto after another shop suspected an axle issue but couldn’t diagnose it. Sun Devil performed a complete inspection and provided video evidence confirming that both axles needed replacement. Their communication was clear, and they explained all recommended services, including an oil change and battery replacement. The repair costs were higher than expected, but the urgency of the issue meant I needed the work done. Sun Devil also offered financing options, including CFNA and American First Finance. While I used my CFNA account, I ultimately declined American First due to unclear interest information and very high rates. Overall, Sun Devil Auto was professional, transparent, and easy to work with, though I recommend reviewing financing terms with American First carefully.

20/10 recommend These guys did an outstanding job taking care of my car, I'm so glad I came here! 🤩 There was a HUGE noticeable difference the moment I shifted into reverse!! Usually when shifting, my car would knock into gear like it was forcing itself into gear, when driving it would have a hard time accelerating... Needless to say there were a few things that needed attention and now it's like I'm driving a brand new car 🥹🩷 I dropped off my car Friday expecting to get it back Monday - got it back Saturday before close, so not only do they provide quality service, but they're also quick and keep you informed throughout the process. Thank you Dave & Team for all you do!!! 🙏🏽
