Amazing service from Gabriel and the whole team there. Came in to get new tires and wheels. They did an excellent job , and truck turned out better than I thought. I highly recommend this shop for anyone !!

I hit a curb and needed two new tires and rims and Uber driver recommended this place; said prices were better than Discount and they did free alignment. Before I had car towed there I talked to Gabby who said they could order the Michelin tires I wanted and if I needed financing they'd be glad to finance them. When car got there things were a little different, was told they could order tires but couldn't find rims but they had a set of four rims that would work (only need two). . Also, that car couldn't stay in parking lot for very long because RNR didn't own lot and it would be towed. This is a problem because tires will come in this week and I did find and order rims but won't be here til early next week.. will my car be left outside, will it be towed. Dont have much choice since car has been towed there and isnt very driveable I tried to impress on Gabriel and Gabby that this is a very special car to me... 2008 Mercedes with 21,000 miles, has been ceramic coated and has NO scratches, kept inside .They could have cared less. had impression they were VERY VERY interested in financing (which I wasn't). Tires not a good price (Tire Rack about $200 less per tire.)and alignment not included. Will see how this ends up but NOT COMFORTABLE with car sitting in parking lot over weekend and less than impressed with their attitude/ SEQUEL: On Friday Gabriel called to say that i had to pay remaining $800 on tires if I wanted car kept in a bay over the weekend (they already had $200 and my car). Paid it but consider it unreasonable to ask to completely pay for a job before it is done. Monday took rims/wheels there and made an appointment for 11:00 mounting, balancing and alignment. At 2:00 went to pick up car (had message it was ready). I asked if alignment done and Gabriel fidnt answer but said if i had problems to bring it back. Drove three blocks and car pulling from left lane to right lane. Took it back and asked for alignment. When done they said there were problems and they couldnt align, i should take elsewhere. If they had done this in the first place they would have known about problems. New tires and wheels but check tire pressure light on. DO NOT EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!

Gabriel, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. His customer service was truly outstanding—he took the time to explain all my options, answered every question I had, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decisions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His assistant was terrific as well—friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the whole process even smoother. On top of that, the technicians did an amazing job on my tires and wheels. The work was done with precision and attention to detail, and everything turned out better than I expected. I honestly could not have had a better experience. The entire team worked together to deliver excellent service, and it really shows. Thank you to everyone at RNR Tire for such a positive experience. Got 2 New Tires for my car today. Staff was friendly and the customer service is great. Braden at the front desk was a big help, explaining the whole process and working with me to get the best deal for my pocket. They got great flexible plans too I wpuld definitely recommend and also be back when I need new tires again.

Great place to get tires at!! Gabriel (sales manager) did an amazing job at answering questions I had & made sure I understood absolutely EVERYTHING!! Gabby was also super friendly‼️ Will 100% recommend this place to my family members and friends who live here in the valley. Tired are the cleanest thing on my dirty jeep!! Lol😂
