These guys are the best, most honest auto shop ive ever been to. They've not charged me for helping me out with various things. And theyve fixed multiple vehicles that other shops have not been able to fix. I took my van into today under the pretense that it needed wheel bearings based on another shops diagnostic. This other shop quoted me about a $1,000 for the job whereas this shop quoted me about $600. They checked the bearings that other shop deemed needing replacement and concluded that the bearings were fine. They did go ahead and adjust them for no charge. All my van ended up needing was an alignment which they did for $85. I truly appreciate this shop and the work they do. Thank you Scott and staff! I wouldnt dare go anywhere else for an alignment and suspension work.

Absolute scam. STAY AWAY THE FREE ESTIMATE IS A BAIT. I called for a free estimate to check my suspension system and brakes and made an appointment over the phone. They took the car in, after some 45 mins wait, then came back saying nothing was wrong except that it “needed an alignment.” They went ahead and charged me $90 for the alignment without my prior approval. My car didn't need an alignment. The one thing that clearly needed attention was my brakes. Look at the picture and tell me I’m wrong. They still claimed my brake system was fine!!!

View on GoogleI drove 34 miles to this shop because a friend recommended them. I needed a wheel alignment on my passenger car. After the alignment was completed, I drove a couple of miles and immediately noticed the steering wheel was not centered — I had to hold it slightly to the left to drive straight. I returned to the shop, explained the issue, and a second technician went for a test drive with me. He confirmed the problem and brought the car back in to fix it. After the adjustment, I picked up the car again. A few miles later, I realized the steering wheel was still not centered — this time I had to hold it slightly to the right to drive straight. I went back once more. A third technician test drove the car alone, confirmed the issue, and took it in for another correction. Unfortunately, after picking it up again and driving a few miles, the steering wheel was still off and needed to be held to the right to go straight. At that point, I decided not to return again — it was a waste of time and nerves. The fact that three different technicians worked on the car and none could properly center the steering wheel seriously makes me question the overall competence of the staff. I hope the business owner reads this review and takes the necessary steps to improve quality control.
