I went in to smoke test the vacuum lines for codes P0455. It ended up costing me $200 and when I got my car back, they informed me that when they put my hood in service mode they managed to snap it in half off the hinges., leaving my hood just off-center and unsecured. The second issue was the rough idle and agressive bogging. At a stop i would experience the car inching forward then idle would drop. In my opinion it was left running worse than how i came in but the lines were pretty old so i dont fully blame them for that. In fact the people there themselves are all very polite and respectful, but I shouldn't be held responsible to fix my hood hinge when it was under their care. That's pretty much how it seemed they handled the situation, like "sorry your hood hinge just broke. Whoopsie. That will be $200"

I loved my experience at Kerry's! While waiting in the lobby, I was blown away by the kindness I saw and heard from Emmanuel and Jason. Was in and out in just over an hour. Emmanuel was the employee that helped me from the time I first called inquiring all through my checkout. He was friendly & knowledgeable. Let me tell you that goes a long way with me. Especially in this world these days you don't get that kind of help, that kind of customer service. I've dealt will Jason who is a blessing a angel he's very honest and helpful and answers all questions very respectfully n with patience and to the best of his ability. Will has also helped me so much they are both at the front counter answering phones taking care of there customers with integrity and efficiency. The whole staff there deserves more great reviews. I would recommend them to everyone I know who needs any car repair. Keep up they great work gentlemen you guys are great!!!! Can't say it enough. 10 stars if I could.
