The gentlemen here at Half Price Auto were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They performed an oil change, and a multi-point inspection on my truck. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was right!!! This was my first time here, but I definitely recommend this shop, and will be back again!!! Oh, and the piano in the lobby is pretty cool, too 😎

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. It’s hard to find auto shops you can trust these days, but Brandon and the team treated me with respect and provided excellent customer service. The pricing was fair, the work was completed promptly, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable auto shop in Phoenix, I highly recommend Half Price Auto and be sure to ask for Brandon!

I usually get taken, bc I'm female, and altho have a basic knowledge of car maintenance, 2018 Nissan transmission care is new for me, and detrimental to the longevity of my car. The guys were super friendly, gave up front facts and pricing, and I left paying for only what I needed, which was refreshing. It takes a lot for a repair shop to earn my trust, and these guys have it. Their pricing is also the most affordable I've found in my area... for repairs I'm relying on other reviews as of now, but I think they know their stuff, I highly recommend!

Brandon was fantastic.they were able to replace my lower control arms before the end of day on a Friday, as a WALK IN. And they were cheaper then everyone else i got quotes from.! I was hesitant because I was looking at the 1 star reviews, but I went with this company because of all of the 5 star reviews, and I didnt experience anything mentioned in those 1 star reviews. I cant praise this place enough. Thank you guys. I found my lifetime mechanic!
