First timer - Highly Recommend! Great staff, great pricing, knowledgeable work. Took my older suv in for an oil change because FB sent me an ad for a discount. While it took a long time (2 hours), they did a very thorough inspection, didn't try to sell me on anything, and everything they told me needed fixing, I already knew about - honest. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they saw. I liked that. They didn't mind my questions. They were very personable - made time to accept my daughter's handmade drawings, giving her paper and high fives. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice! It matters to some of us. There was also a waiting area with a water machine. Other than the length of time it took for an inspection I didn't ask for, I have absolutely zero complaints. Thankfully I had the time to wait unexpectedly, but it would have been great if it was done under an hour, as expected. I will 100% be back to Greulich's at this location. They have earned my trust, and I hope they continue to!

Dropped my 23 Grand Cherokee L because somehow my rear passenger spring, for the suspension, decides to pop off in my driveway. Was an odd thing to happen. The Manager, Mike, said he can get it out back in. He quoted me and stuck to that number. Service was awesome and fast. Truck is back to new. Very Happy I went with them.

Excellent work while l waited. Got oil change and tire rotation They found them out-of-balance and showed me the generated report. All services completed in less than 2 hours. Staff pleasant and good customer service.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! I saved 1,000. when I took my car to Greulich's. My catalytic converter went out, and I had both replaced with this company. I am not writing this review directly after the work was done, I don't give reviews until I know for sure that it was good quality work, and worth the money! It was for sure! Greulich's did an amazing job, and it was done very quickly. No complaints here. When I'm in need, I will definitely take my automobile's to them. Thank you for the great service!

Horrible and absolutely nightmare of a company. Too make a very long story short they had my car for a month, no call, no update no nothing. I called corporate to get an idea on what happened, and what could be taking so long to repair and return my vehicle. Corporate tried acting like I was the problem, after telling corporate my story they acted like I was an issue when they had 5x times to fix my car prior to me, bringing it back and not hearing anything back from this company for a month. Sean got caught lying to corporate while I was on the phone. It wasn’t until I called them out on getting caught in multiple lies. Sean was yelled at by corporate over the phone about how Corporate has talked to him “about this before”. Don’t not trust this company. They got caught in multiple lies and admitted to it and still left me with any over heated car. I payed 1900 for Things that they suggested on my car and yet I was still left with the original problem of overheating. Which was what I original went in for. This caused me to have to buy a new engine because my whole engine blew due to the fact that they told me that they had fixed the problem on my car. They suggested I get a new radiator. I paid for a new radiator. They suggested I get a new battery and I got a new battery. Everything that they suggested that I do I went ahead and did and I was left with more problems than a little bit from this company. I will NEVER let them have my business again.
