Glendale Auto Electric and Mechanical

I took my car to Glendale Auto Electric at 6 pm as I could not shut off my engine. I kept getting an error message. I could feel the car heating up. As I pulled in I told the attendant and he quickly put a computer to the car, popped open the hood and pulled out a fuse which shut down the car. I left it there overnight to fix. I'm sure he had other vehicles to work on, but he fixed it. The next day I was happy to get my vehicle back in good condition! Thank you so much! I appreciate your service!

This place is amazing I took my truck to 5 other mechanics and was charged thousands of dollars and could never get the problems fixed Jr took the time to explain things to me and after having my truck for less then 2 days he had fixed multiple problems as I said before several other mechanics could fix,I'm elated that when I get into my truck it works and to sleep at night knowing I do t have to take it back over and over again gives me great peace,he was able to fix my check engine light several sensor errors and fixed the wheel well scraping,I must add my wheel and tire well has scraped for 13 years and 5 different mechanics in that time couldn't fix it including the Chevy dealership,Jr did!!!!! It's so nice when I'm out with friends or on a date and not have to explain the wheel scraping the wheel well!you have my greatest thanks Jr,for giving me my peace back!!!!!!!!

March 2023. Junior stated that he charges $90 an hour. diagnosing the issue was free (up to 2 hours) with repair. he found a loose wire, put a cap on it and charged me 4 hours, $360. since the repair took 5 minutes and he charged me for 4 hours then supposedly finding and fixing the loose wire took a total of 5 or 6 hours. do the math and you realize charging 4 hours of labor is DISHONEST. but my problem happened again within 5 miles of leaving his shop. after an additional 4 days in the shop he "fixed" the problem by replacing the fuse block for $250. that fix also didnt work. finally he replaced my blower motor which again did not solve my issue. Junior charged me $910 with 9 days in his shop and did not repair my issue. the man is both incompetent and dishonest.

My family and I have been servicing our cars at Glendale Auto Electric and Mechanical for years now. They are a family owned business with experience on all types of vehicles both foreign and domestic. They have been able to diagnose and repair issues that other shops and even dealerships could not figure out or had misdiagnosed. They've done everything from oil changes, AC service, brakes, they've replaced starters, water pumps, belts, even full engines and transmissions for us. They always do high quality work and they always back it up with a warranty. Over the years I have referred many friends to this shop because of the high quality of their work and honest pricing. There is literally nothing they cannot do. I highly reccomend this shop for all of your auto repair needs.

I had a REAL BAD experience at this shop. I took my car to get fixed, but instead I got robbed, now my vehicle won't even start. I suggest nobody takes their car to this place. I am actually in the process of taking the owner Mr. German, to court. background: My vehicle had a couple of malfunctions, but never had a problem starting. after I dropped the car off for one day, I got a call from them telling me the car wouldn't start. I was really surprised. I believ, they had gone into the ignition and disconnected the wires, they told me they were old and worn-out, and that unfortunately it all happened while in their hands. After being charged almost 200 dollars to put that together, they supposedly found the problem and charged me 380 dollars. Well, guess what? the car still has the same problem never got fixed and now wont even start.
