It was an in and out situation. It was hot that day. They have an inside area with chairs, and air conditioning. Jesus was very kind , and got my tire fixed for a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend this business to family and friends. Thanks, El Grullo Tire Shop!!!!
View on GoogleJesus is definitely a great tire guy. He handled finding me a good set of tires and carefully mounted them on my rims. Worked out a couple of issues and had me on my way. I live right next door to Big O tires on Peoria and they had zero desire to help find a set of tires for my ride. These new rims take a 265/40 R18 and Jesus found street and off-road options for an excellent price. Thanks guys.

The manager/owner is very knowledgeable and makes sure you get the right tire. I highly recommend them for both used and new tires
View on GoogleThis place is horrible! Terrible service and terrible products! Honestly I wish I would have went somewhere else. I bought 4 brand new tires w/ rims about $2000 and one of the tires has damage. When returning to the tire shop, no kind of assistance was welcome. These people can’t even stand behind the garbage they are selling ! They offered serval used tires for me to purchase (that’s right, I had to pay to replace the trash they sold me) that would be pointless purchasing. The guy working kept insisting he didn’t have the same tire I purchase and couldn’t help me. These people are a joke ! Finally I kept insisting I needed the same tire and finally one magically appeared. $240 for one tire! These people couldn’t even prorate me or anything on the tire they sold me. Don’t waste your money people!!!!
