These guys are awesome. I've never been here until this morning when I got a huge bolt in my tire. I brought my tire in they patched it up and I was back on the road. I see a couple of reviews here where people said they treat you like family and I really felt that. Thank you! 5 stars my dudes

I took my 4Runner in on 1/9/24. I knew someone here at the shop and brought it all the way across the valley because I trusted that it would be done right. I had brought in all Toyota parts from the Right Toyota parts counter. However since I'm not a mechanic myself I missed the coolant and thermostat. This was for a timing belt/water pump service. Dropped the truck off the night before and expected it to be done by end of the day. I only got a call from Dave stating they needed to keep the truck a day or two extra since their technician Matthew (who still works there) is having a "bad day". Unlike some other customers they know I run a business and the truck I need it for work. I asked if they could put it in priority to get it done so I can pick it up. Dave said yes. I had work where I needed a ladder the next day. They never called to ask if I wanted Toyota thermostat and coolant which is where the problems started. I got it back and it seemed better on the drive home so I thought it was good. Next day I'm checking all my fluids, I notice the coolant reservoir is empty and then I looked in the radiator, yellow. I called and asked about it, why I wasn't given the option? Why my reservoir was empty. Dave told me to bring the truck in. Matthew came and put coolant in the reservoir but he was smirking and almost laughing at the fact i was there. I should have taken that as a sign he messed up the job. Anyways a week or so later and it's getting worse. I have a scan gauge tool where I can read the coolant temps, it was winter and I was getting up over 200 degrees. Which was not normal. I went to Tucson during this time and I stalled a couple times. I was kind of weirded out since I just had the service done. I also went to Prescott a week later and both my coolant and trans were between 200 to 230. I realized I needed to get my coolant flushed and a Toyota thermostat installed after this. I made an appointment with Right Toyota to get the coolant flushed multiple pass flush and a Toyota thermostat with the jiggle valve installed. The Toyota tech which I have on audio recording said that it looked like they had mixed several different colors of coolant and it was close to a brown color (when I called today Joe was trying to state I had rust in my engine which was never noted in the ticket so I know he's BS) due to the red and yellow and possibly green coolant mixed in. I got it back with Toyota Red and the jiggle valve in the correct location, instantly my coolant temps dropped to 186 to 190 which is where it should be. I understand the aftermarket thermostat can be used in areas with cold climates but not recommended for the SW. Joe is not an engineer so he can't tell me that the jiggle valve doesn't matter. Anyways I called and let Dave know what was going on and that I spent $356.94 and asked if Joe would reimburse, he stated that it wouldn't happen and I should have brought it back. I didn't bring it back because the last time I brought it in they didn't really address my concern about the thermostat and coolant they used. I wish I questioned the whole job and why Matthew thought it was funny I came back. This year in April the stalling happened again. When I was on the freeway I heard a thump sound. I thought it was my throttle body and did service on it. It ran a little better. I had a job in Payson on 06/03 and coming back when I was in fountain hills it started to stall again. I got it home and called my new mechanic which is a Land cruiser mechanic. He had me have it towed in. Asked if I've done the timing belt recently? I said yes. He told me he kept hearing noises in the cover. What he found will be in pictures and videos below. It was complete Malfeasance of a job. Matthew left a washer in the cover and it caught on the sprocket causing damage to the sprocket, crankshaft sensor, belt and left a notch in the crankshaft. $1036.63 in damage. I reached out today and Joe was in complete denial mode. If you care about your vehicle do not take it to this shop.

Trips to coyote tire are enjoyable, staff and management are friendly and attentive to my needs. A recent tire repair was performed without an appointment as they squeezed me into their schedule to repair a slow leaking tire caused by a nail. Air checks for my vehicles and trailer are quickly made again without appointment.

I was located in NY. My fiancé was here in Arizona. Dave took care of everything that was going on with her Dodge Charger. He was very thorough and the pricing is right on point. Dave doesn’t take advantage and tells you exactly what is going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop down to earth with no bullshit. He will let you know what needs immediate attention and what can wait for a little bit. I will continue to bring my cars to Dave’s shop for repairs.

Fast and efficient and very affordable. Cheaper than going to one of those drive thru deals, plus all fluids get checked AND tires rotated. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and professional
