Spoke with Don on the phone and in person, super friendly guy and shop had very fair and honest prices! ( the next best shop I could was almost 35% higher for the job I needed ) my 2019 Ram 1500 had the oil pressure sensor go bad and since it’s the V6, it’s in an ungodly spot buried under the intake ontop of the engine valley so not worth 5 hours of my time to do in the heat. Dropped my truck off at 0930, picked up at 4pm which was fair given engine has to cool down before working on it and the job takes about 2-3 hours, also had spark plugs which again they had fair prices for as well. Now my truck runs nice and smooth, and I have a shop I can trust to do good work without the hassle of being expensive, it’s hard to find places that do both anymore so kudos to Don and Champs.

View on GoogleA month after I bought a used car the AC went out. Dion found the issue, got the parts and had my AC repaired again in 2 days. He even went to bat for me with my car's warranty company when they tried to avoid covering the repair and saved me several thousand dollars. If you want to work with someone who does great work and takes great care of his customers head to Champ's Auto Repair in Glendale and tell Dion hello!
View on GooglePretty upset. I hate leaving bad reviews. Both the lady that works in the office and Dion are really friendly. However that only goes so far. We called around on Monday and champs said they could get me in 830am Thursday and be done same day. I explained to them how important that was. As my vehicle doesn't hold water, so I can only drive it for about 2 minutes at a time. It's registration is out of state expired and it just got towed for that reason. So i can't leave the area OR my vehicle unattended. I drop it off at 830am Thursday and wait all day. At 4pm they tell me we need to reschedule for next Monday. Unbelievable. I went to Sun Devil Auto next door and explained the situation. I didn't have high hopes as it was almost closing. Not only did they schedule me for tomorrow, but they asked what champs quoted me and they beat it by a goodly amount!!! If you are in a situation where you need a shop to keep their word, I suggest going elsewhere. They were really friendly people but at the end of the day they wasted my time and money. I'm sure they have their reasons, but I booked 3 days in advance. They had plenty of time to call & tell me they over booked. Instead they chose to wait till the very last minute to tell me they can't work on it till MONDAY. Thank goodness Sun Devil Auto was able to come through otherwise I'd be really screwed.
