Big O Tires

These guys are a class act all around. I ran here (about 2 miles) to get my car. It was 104° outside. It was more of a jog - it’s very difficult to run a fast pace when it’s that hot. It was about 10 minute miles. I’m usually an 8:30 mile. So I took it slow, but steady. Because I’m a savage. Anyway - the manager Taylor - tall bald guy - super nice. He shook my hand (which was sweating profusely) and barely said anything about how sweaty the handshake was, although he did bring it up, awkward, but he had to. Classy dude. He then offered me an ice cold Gatorade from the cooler inside the shop. One of the guys let me take my pick. That Gatorade saved my life. I mean…. Taylor saved my life, technically. He just used Gatorade. And his guys also saved my life because my brakes and axles were absolutely toast. 100% was driving a dangerous vehicle. Thanks team No one likes spending $2k unexpectedly on a vehicle, but if ya gotta do it, do it with a crew of guys that are willing to save some lives. Love you Big O in Glendale. Taylor, I won’t forget about that Gatorade. They should rename it Taylorade. I’ll ask them about it for you

**Their corporate does not care at all , did not do anything to reassure that negligent technician isnt there anymore.. ** AVOID AT ALL COST! My husband got serviced for brakes and other services at this location. Only for 3 days later for the brakes to COMPLETELY FAIL due to negligence of a technician properly installing the bolts. Im writing this with a HUGE concern to why this company would not offer a refund due to the liability this could have caused. He was getting off a very busy road grand to 67th ave and had to use his emergency brake to stop the vehicle. Not to mention he had our two year old son in the vehicle when this happened?? We have been waiting to hear from corporate as its sad enough we have to reach out to them to get a refund? Absurd and embarrassing. We will keep reaching out to corporate until someone speaks to us.

Very pleased with the work BIG O (5115 W Peoria Ave) has done for me. They (Taylor James, manager, etc.) keep me in mind for my needs with my older car and my budget. I appreciate their kindness and courtesy toward me and accuracy in the work they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I use to take my truck to this location. I am in the process of rebuilding my suburban I have spent thousands of dollars and walked away happy! I had recently had a new fuel pump out in. My check engine light came on and I took back to them to have it check. so at this I knew plus I had the codes prior to going. I had change my gas cap and my light turned off after 30 miles and then came back on a day or so after. Had the code checked again the same code popped up. I took my truck over there hoping they would fix for me I was told its just the gas cap and I need tk get a chevy gas cap. I went to pick my truck up I couldn't even leave the parking lot. My truck kept dying me and all of a sudden its an "electrical issue" i wanted to trust these guy and hope they would figure it out. Im not even sure what was or what wasn't done as far as checkimg the whole fuel pump.. I put a checy gas cap on fro. The dealership and my truck completed lost all fuel power. Im very disappointed in this location I got charged for a new ignition switch which wasn't the problem. And j know it wasn't. I called the general managers to talk to him about the problems im having and he just brushed them off with its running... I do love big I tires I will definitely try another location since my fuel pump is under warranty.. I honestly felt cheated for the first time at this location from newer staff.

Not a fan for the big o tire honestly from what me and my friend experienced. Bought 4 brand new tires and the extra protection plan here 6 months ago. One tire already developed a bulge. Despite no marks on the rim or tire, they blamed me for 'hitting a curb hardly' just to avoid honoring the warranty, well I took it to my trusted mechanic and he said it definately a factory defect. If you're looking for a shop that stands behind their products and their protection plans, go elsewhere and walk away from here.
