Big O Tires

Jason provided me with great service. He was friendly and informative. The team handled my car with care, did great work and were thorough with their work. I was a walk-in customer on a busy Saturday, I dropped car off and went about on my day running errands. They were efficient and I had my car back fairly quickly. I will definitely be returning.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO 5 MILES DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER BIG O TIRES. Update: Scheduled my third appointment for the balance issue. Upon arrival, the store manager Jason and I had a pretty heated discussion in regards to the issue and the fact that i had written this review in the first place. Compared the services they offered me to buying a steak, eating it, and not paying for the meal/complaining about it. Also told me that the tires I purchased were not a good tire. Also said that corporate called me which never happened. I asked for a full refund and he told me that wasn't going to happen. I then asked to get corporate on the line to remedy the issue, that wasn't going to happen either. We then settled for a credit of balancing the 4 rear tires only. I left this shop, drove 5 miles to the other big O tires down the street. Tires were removed from the vehicle, inspected, and they found that no tire weights were installed at all on any of the rear tires. Situation was remedied at my expense. 9 HOURS spent at this location for then to twiddle their thumbs. If there is a store owner, he needs to step in and take care of this shop. Im a contractor in Arizona, and NEVER would i lie, deceive, or take my staffs word for the work they said they did without checking it myself. Bad review time, paid these guys to install tires & balance on my dually. 4 hours wait. Tires were brought to them. Truck had bad shake at highway speed after install. Brought the truck back for them to review their work. Truck is currently in service bay with the hood popped, and doors open. They said they were doing a courtesy fluid check. Didn’t pay them for any of this, they are 100% looking for issues. Asked the tech what was wrong with the tire. He said no weights at all that’s why they were out of balance. I’ve been here for an additional 3 hours. Never again….. time is money and these guys sure know how to waste it.

Jason was extremely helpful. I came in with rear tire issues and balding front tires. He helped me find a resolution so I was able to get back in the road safely without having to pay an extreme amount upfront. He provided me with so much knowledge about the issues with my car and didn’t push any unnecessary work. I will be returning to this location for sure!!

For new tires, they are fast and good. They have full range of tires and give you data sheets on the ones you are considering They are right on time with appointments. They give you warrenty coverage that is good nation wide. Their prices are comparable to other tire providers. I have gone to them twice now and am happy with the results.

Lost my business. I have used Big O Tires for years. I've purchased 13 tires since January just this year, 3 cars & a spare for one car. But today they've lost my business forever. My daughter has stopped to have air put in her tire 3 times in the last month or so, for a suspected slow leak. They put air in her tire and say OK, your good to go. Not one time has anyone mentioned that they no longer sell the tire on her car because THE SIDEWALLS HAVE BEEN KNOW TO SPLIT. Today they put air in the tire again but she asked them to take off the tire and inspect it. Low and behold her tires are splitting at the SIDEWALLS. And then they say "oh yea, that's why we don't carry these tires anymore, they're known for this, sorry, you're 2 months out of warranty, but we can sell you 4 tires." Oh hell no. If they don't stand behind their tires then why would i buy more!? Furthermore, they were going to just put air in the tire and send her on her way!!! I can't imagine what could have happened if she had driven the highway to work tomorrow. So disappointed in Big O.
