Excellent service. Atmosphere is welcoming. Staff is professional and respectful. It’s hard to find this level of integrity these days. My expectations were exceeded and the overall experience was stress free. I will return for future services!
View on GoogleI have been bringing every car I have owned over the past 35 years to Bell Tire and Auto (back then they were Bell Goodyear), and though the office manager and service managers and mechanics may have changed, their quality of service and ethics have not. I trust them completely and have never had a problem. They are professional, competent, and treat people fairly. Just today, I brought in my car because the scrape plate on the bottom of my car fell off and they attached it without even charging me. Irving and his team are committed to excellent customer service and it shows.
View on GoogleEdit: Went back for full-service full synthetic oil change and to investigate a noise, and they charged a measley $10 for labor and only $65 for the oil. Didn't charge for the investigation because they couldn't determine the issue because it's inconsistent and there's no damage or clear cause. The oil was a great price for full synthetic in an SUV. 2/2 great experiences. Will be going here regularly for repairs and maintenance. Original: Shop owner and his team replaced my flat tire 15 minutes before closing and only charged $23 for a patch. I walked out of Walmart to the awful surprise of a completely flat tire, which I had JUST replaced completely brand new a few months ago. This shop was only a couple lots over, so I called with minutes to spare and pleaded for them to replace a single tire. He said if I could make it, they'd do it. So I limped over and they were outside waiting for me. I was absolutely certain they were just going to replace the tire and charge me the full price, and I wasn't going to complain at all. When he said "$23" I almost fell over. This is the kind of local, family-owned shop that values a good reputation and doing good work for people that are, let's face it, vulnerable in the face of repairs. I recommend you try them out; I will be giving them my business the next time I need maintenance. They earned this one.

Long story short, in the valley from Prescott, had a serious emergency repair needed. Got us in, took care of business professionally, and at a reasonable price.
