I tried calling multiple times to purchase items I was interested in buying and left two voicemails. Not once has anyone answered the phones in months unfortunately or returned my calls. I just don't feel comfortable placing an order with a company I can't get on the phone with to discuss options and to help through the ordering process. Very dissapointing and after reviewing other reviews it seems they don't have the best customer service history. Hopefully they take the constructive criticism and improve the customer service experience for future customers. It took them less than 24 hours to respond to my google review with attitude but then they deleted it. Tells me everything i needed to know!

It's been a while since I purchased my Marti Report, but patience pays off. I put my '83 Mustang GT in a show at the last minute, we had drug it out of the woods not long before that and hadn't started working on it, and the day before the show our Elite report showed up. The car got enough attention that it took 1st in class and everyone stopped to read the framed report.

If you want the impossible, Marti Auto! For my two classic cars, '68 Mustang and '69 Cougar, Marti Auto provided invaluable documents and tags. Not only do they offer great customer service, but they also provide truly valuable information and documents. I benefited from Marti Auto's expertise, perhaps the most reliable source in the market, even before buying my cars. Maybe I wouldn't be a classic car owner now and wouldn't have restored my cars to their original state without them. Many thanks to Scot and the entire team.

Fantastic team of professionals who provide what I refer to as the "Birth Certificate" of the Mustang with production of the Marti Report, Data Label and or Data Plate detailing the production line elements of the Mustang in question. The Data Labels and Data Plates received from the team have made many Mustang owners in South Australia, Australia very happy to again have their Mustang authenticated with the original production tag.

My Deluxe report was detailed and presented in a way that will look fantastic next to my vehicle at shows. 100% recommend having a report generated for your vehicle - show quality, garage queen, daily driver, whatever it may be. Well worth the money, and will be ordering more for my other Ford vehicles.
