Exceptional Service and Lifesaver on Our Cross-Country Trip My family and I were in the middle of a 5,500-mile road trip from Washington State to Kentucky when we encountered major tire issues in Arizona. Three out of six of our trailer tires kept going flat, so we made a last-minute call to West Valley Tires. They answered right away and told us to come by. When we arrived, they quickly got to work. Not only did they replace the tires, but they discovered much more serious issues—four of our wheels were cracked, and the entire trailer brake assemblies were shot, along with bad bearings and seals. If it hadn’t been for their thorough inspection and expert service, we wouldn’t have made it much further. Joey, Ericka, and the entire shop went above and beyond, welcoming my family—my husband, daughter, and dog—into their shop like we were part of their own family. In an age where it’s hard to find genuine, caring people, West Valley Tires is a rare gem. I am so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tire repairs. Thank you again, Joey and Ericka, for your exceptional service and kindness!

They were absolutely awesome. Especially onna Saturday morning. I needed some used tires for my truck, they had them. I came in and to my surprise they said pull your truck up to the bay. I was in and out of there within minutes . Their office was nice and cool with AC and a big fan blowing. It was a nice break from the heat and everyone was helpful. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of great service. My truck tired were bald and it was running rough, these used tires came in clutch, truck is riding smooth!
