DO NOT COME HERE!! Came in for them to remove a Intoxalock which they need to be licensed to do and left with my whole drivers side windows and back windows not working, . He blamed the last person who installed the intoxalock so we called him and had full documentation of what he did. Our last technician even said Ernie could give him a call and ask him anything about the work that was done. Ernie refused. He is an absolute criminal, I am so sad this has gone this way and there are people like this guy who is running a business. They said they are not responsible to fix this and are unwilling to fix it. He told me he would charge me $75 a half hour to trouble shoot it even though he is the one who damaged it. He then told us because we never rolled down the windows in his parking lot he doesn’t know if they ever worked. Ernie I am praying you do what is right and fix this. We will be calling Intoxalock and filing a claim regarding this shop.

It can be really hard if you have a car problem when you are on a trip. You don’t know the shops. If you find a good shop, they are busy and want you to make an appointment for next week. The bad ones have time for you, since the locals already know to avoid them. But yesterday I just got lucky. Sombrero is a very competent place, so they have plenty of business. I could see all the cars other customers had left. But when Ernest heard my story, he decided to take care of me first. I put on a timer when I left my car and he was finished in 47 minutes! I was again on my way and I was actually able to complete all three of my appointments in Phoenix and head home the same day. Thanks, Ernest, for saving my trip! Not only was Ernest fast, but he bills in a very fair way for the customer. If you go to Auto Zone and your needed part is priced at $100, the shop can get that same part for maybe $80 because they are a high volume account. And when that part shows up on your bill when you check out, the invoice might charge you $160 or $200. Except for with Ernest; he charges you for his cost only, so you pay only the same $80 he paid. Sombrero would definitely be my go to shop if I lived in Buckeye.

Whether your vehicle is sick and you need a trustworthy mechanic to diagnose the issue and/or perform the necessary surgeries. Or maybe your vehicle just needs a bath. They even have you and your vehicle covered with the best-quality fountain drinks. They'll have you covered! Oh, and don't forget about the variety of delicious snacks..
