Only place open on Sunday in buckeye on GOD trust. English and Spanish no upselling very friendly and respectful didn't get my hands dirty. You need to give them an opportunity

Roughly two months ago, I visited RoadRunner Tire Service to have a screw removed and a patch installed in my front left tire. When I paid, I was given a RoadRunner sticker and was told that if I put it on my vehicle, I would receive 30% off future services. Not long after that repair, a bubble developed in the same tire where the patch had been performed. Whether it was caused by the repair itself or not, it certainly did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work. More recently, my steering wheel was shaking and my vehicle was vibrating, so I suspected I might need an alignment. I called RoadRunner ahead of time and was told an alignment normally costs $120. I scheduled an appointment and also asked about a tire rotation. Once I arrived, I was told the tire rotation would be an additional $40. After speaking with his manager, the employee offered both services for $125. The pricing immediately confused me. Based on the information I was originally given about the sticker, I expected the discount to apply and bring the total lower than what I was being quoted. When I questioned it, I was eventually put on the phone with the manager. Instead of helping me understand what might be causing the issue with my vehicle or addressing the confusion about the discount, the first thing he asked was whether I had purchased my tires from them. The manager then told me that I should not have received the sticker because it was intended as a reward program for tire customers, that the discount was actually 25% rather than 30%, and that it only applied to certain services. This was completely different from what I had originally been told when the sticker was given to me. What bothered me most was the attitude. I was told he was "doing me a favor" by allowing me to keep the discount, and when I expressed concerns, I was essentially told that if I wanted to try somewhere else, "good luck." At that point, I felt unwelcome, disrespected, and like my business was not valued. The biggest issue here is the lack of consistency and communication. Either employees are not properly informed about the sticker program, or customers are being given inaccurate information. Had the manager approached the situation differently, listened to my concerns, and focused on helping diagnose the problem with my vehicle, I likely would have remained a customer and purchased future tires from them. Instead, I left and went elsewhere. The other shops I contacted were more transparent, and one even suggested I might not need an alignment at all and offered a free tire inspection before recommending any work. I ultimately purchased a full set of tires elsewhere and was treated with far more professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, because of the questionable repair experience, the conflicting information regarding their discount program, and the way I was treated by management, I will not be returning and cannot recommend RoadRunner Tire Service.

Can’t go wrong!! Every time I swing by, the guys always hook me up. Very friendly and pleasant to do business with. I’m very picky on who I trust with my wheels and tires. These guys are the best in Buckeye. Don’t hesitate to give them a call or stop by.

I went here today. My Husband wanted rims and tires and he received them It was as easy as them sending me the application signing approved immediately and one hour later his tires and rims and balance was on the truck brand new tires and rims. We love it. and the price was excellent with a great warranty. I will be back here for services. Been in Buckeye for seven years have been looking for a great shop. I’ve tried the others nearby. Did not like the service at those locations but this location is excellent and I do refer to anybody to go and check it out
