Excellent experience. Duane was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job explaining our suspension system in a way that was easy to understand. He walked us through how the various components work, what signs of wear to look for, and how to tell the difference between parts that are still in good condition versus parts that may need attention. That kind of education is rare and very appreciated. I also really respected that Duane was not pushing unnecessary work or trying to sell us things we did not need. He was careful, honest, and clearly committed to making sure the work was done correctly. Ryan was very kind and professional as well. Duane’s attention to detail and integrity really stand out, especially in this industry. Highly recommend.

I have a DRV Mobile Suites with the MORryde independent suspension. It was time for the one year bearing repack and tire alignment so I took it to Master Mobile Alignment Inc. in Buckeye, AZ to have the work done. The unit has disc brakes and Duane found major problems with both passenger side axles that could have resulted in an injury/fatality due to loss control of the 5th wheel. I was suprised as the trailer only had 2,000 miles on it. Bearings, seals, races, brake calipers and brake pads had to be replaced on both passenger side axles. Duane walked me through the entire process to replace these items and since the suspension was still under warranty he assisted me in dealing with MORryde for reimbursement. He also did the tire alignment after the rebuild. I can't thank Duane enough for all he has done for me. If you are in the area and need suspension work done on your unit I definitely recommend MMA!

On our cross-country trip, towing our 40' 5th wheel trailer, we noticed a new tire wearing badly. The RV repair shops in Flagstaff told us that they could not help us. One took the time to tell us about Duane, at Master Mobile Alignment in Buckeye, AZ. We called Duane, and he said he could fix us up the very next morning! Sure enough, he found and fixed the problem right away, then let us stay in our trailer for the night at his shop while we waited to get new tires the next day. Duane was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to my husband as he went. We cannot recommend MMA enough! Thanks guys!

We have a 2021 Grand Design Momentum 376THS with the Morryde IS. We noticed that the IS didn't look right on the driver side and looked in need of an alignment. We were headed to AZ, so we found Duane's business and the good reviews and made the appointment. He did a great job communicating the process and even sent a video of where we should park when we got to his shop. We came the night before and stayed over night without issue. Duane came in the morning right on time and aligned a very out of alignment IS. He is very knowledgeable on the IS and I had every confidence it was done correct. I would not hesitate to get it done next year when I come back as well, just to make sure all is good. All the good reviews are accurate and this is a very good man to deal with. Thanks Duane!!

Absolutely outstanding service. I have an F350 that needed an alignment. The previous alignment shop installed improper bushings and alignment was off. Duane took the time make sure the alignment was done right! He even text me about a week later just to make sure everything was still good.
