So let me see if I've got this straight.... The drivers that I escort can spend the night with you folks, but I can't, though you still want me to spend my money with y'all; have I got this right? Well do I need to actually tell you where you can put your ten cent per gallon fuel discount? If I'm not welcome at your stores overnight, then my money isn't welcome there either. I'll go out of my way and pay more for fuel every time, and have been told by other escorts that they're doing likewise. Will our boycott put you out of business? Of course not. But meanwhile, the rudeness that your corporation has placed against pilot car operators is just helping to put money in your competitors pockets. Congratulations! You folks have failed an entire industry. The truckers that are loyal to our cause (you know, the ones that are free to fuel where they wish) as well as hundreds of escorts each day will be spending money that they'd have otherwise spent with you, elsewhere. View on GoogleI went to Love Track Care and was first given an invoice for $245. When I came back the next day, the new invoice was $326. The only difference was an increase in the labor charge — and that change happened overnight, without any work being done in between. There was no clear explanation or communication about why the labor cost was suddenly raised. This kind of price change without notice is frustrating and feels unfair. I hope they work on being more transparent and consistent with their pricing. As you can see part price is same just labor changed.
