Made an appointment online to have an oil change done at 1130. The 2 "managers" said that they were overbooked and they were all going on lunch and won't be back until 1230 so they would start working on it after 1230. Ok fine, but then I explained i wanted to use the groupon i got for a synthetic oil change. They told me my 2006 honda crv and my husbands dodge charger required full synthetic which is 89.99. Which I never been told that about my car and I wasnt aware of that for his car. Lesson learned. At first we were willing to pay the difference. But the guy at the front "a manager" was not friendly as soon as i brought up the groupon! I just wanted clarification, you didnt have to be rude. Will go somewhere else that has better people skills. Also, Please don't allow for online booking or offer times around lunch since its not going to be an accurate appointment. Thank you!

View on Googlebest shop experience I’ve ever had, my truck wouldn’t start and I stranded down some back road. I called them and they suggested a great towing company. They got to work right away when I arrived. They ordered and replaced multiple parts until they found the issue. Turned out to be quick fix in the end. They put all my original parts back on and only charged me for the actual problem! They were super friendly and super helpful. I wish all shop experiences could be this goood. I am not from the area and they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Highly highly recommend!
View on GoogleMade a stupid mistake that would cost me thousands of dollars on my truck. The staff was welcoming, nonjudgemental, and straightforward. Quotes in other places were more expensive than Greulichs. My truck had to stay there for a couple of weeks, communication was great, Greulich’s staff made this stressful experience, more calming, they walked me through the whole process. The truck is now working as new. Loved the customer service!

They guys at the front desk are always helpful but we usually always deal with Anthony. There is a Greulich closer to us, but this one has proven to be the BEST.
