I chose this place because of the amazing reviews. I had really high hopes. The mechanics are awesome it's just the receptionist is just really forgetful or just didn't care at all for my business. First we BOTH agreed on meeting at 830am to do paperwork but when I got there she wasn't there. She then gave me the excuse of not having childcare which is understandable. It would of been nice to let me know instead of me wasting time and gas going there. I brushed it off. Then we BOTH agreed on having the car diagnosis on Saturday and Monday at 930 we would actually do the paperwork. I go in at 930 and she is not there. Like she forgot about what we agreed on. I waited and also I wasn't told the shop office was actually in the back. You would think as part of customer service you would inform first time customers that it's located in the back. Then we were doing the paperwork for a payment plan and she got that wrong. Luckily I caught the mistake. Then she told me she gave me a discount without meaning too lol. She basically messed up and said it was a discount. I mean thank you I guess? Then when I picked up my car she told me she would email me what other stuff needs to be done on the car. Well ..it's been a few days now and nothing. It sucks being new to buckeye and trying to find a good mechanic shop that's family owned and just not feel welcomed.

View on GoogleI went and to get spark plugs changed on a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3 L Three and six misfire Only Miss fires ever Documented shown on their scanner. I leave there, And my truck starts stalling out and check engine, light, blinking, and all the lights coming on and goes into limp mode. As I’m going to O’Reilly’s to get a quart of oil, so while at O’Reillys, I have them hooked up and cylinder five is now misfiring. I’m guessing they did not make sure everything was snapped on properly and connected. Mind you I was supposed to leave on a 13 Hour Rd. trip with a camper connected to it first thing in the morning.. So I was severely upset! I’m going to limp it there first thing in the morning to have this resolved.
