I’ve had a negative experience with the shop a few years ago, but fast forward to now. The shop is ran very well. Ruben helped us with our 2000 Nissan frontier truck. Some of those parts are really difficult to find nowadays because our truck is so old. We were facing a really high bill, but luckily when we took it to grease monkey, we were given time to assemble the parts… and Ruben was able to seek out somebody who could make the parks that were no longer for sale anywhere… now we have a mechanic that can get us parts made for our particular vehicle. That is very hard to upkeep because of its year and age and model. It wasn’t an expensive bill and the team there was very communicative and helpful. We went into the garage to talk to them multiple times to give them updates. They gave us honest opinions on the best course and overall they seem like a tightknit family that look out for each other. I recommend this place just because of the redemption of the shop, but also the consistency in service that we keep getting from this place If you want a good mechanic, I would definitely trust these guys

Completely satisfied with service. Lobby is sloppy, unkept and could use a cleaning including the floors, glass entry and doors. No water from restroom sink. Not a good representation of Grease Monkey brand standards.
View on GoogleBEWARE!!! My wife kept getting oil changes on her car every few months. I grew suspicious of a scam. We always pay for the highest quality of synthetic oil that the Monkey offers. She got an oil change today and came home with the little sticker on the windshield that says "next service due in 3,000 miles". According to the vehicle manual, full synthetic oil should be changed between 7,500 and 10,000 miles. Obviously, the Monkey will say that 3000 miles is the shop standard reminder. I shudder to think of how many people are duped into changing the oil prematurely.

Unfortunately, I got home 10 minutes later to find my Air conditioning no longer functioned my radiator fluid fluids have not been filled and the windshield washer fluid fluids have not been topped off not what I came to expect when I was here almost 2 years ago so quite a few things were missed, and I have no idea if there was damage done to my AC
